It is worth it, but few understand the cost of having a river in their city. No one wants to do without the river but many wish to complain about the cost to keep it healthy or traversable.

18. Story boards added and upgraded

19.Walkway at the Ray Gibbon underpass

20.Hired a person to focus on the River
